Fantastic customer service! I live in the UK and ordered flowers to be delivered to MA. The first delivery attempt was within a couple of hours of ordering and when my friend wasn't in, I was contacted to ask when would be better and for a contact number. Collection was arranged and the flowers (I'm told!) were beautiful so everyone's happy. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!!!

the only issue I had was recieving a text that the delivery had been made 3 hours before the actual delivery was made. the recipient was very happy with the products delivered.
