Service was excellent except for there was no option to delay the confirmation phone call to your house confirming your order had been placed. The problem was i was placing an order but i was not at home to receive the call.

OMG! First let me say that the girl I spoke with, I think her name was Alex, was great. I owned a florist in Sea Girt, NJ (at the Jersey Shore) and I wish I had an employee like her working for me. I was so pleased that the flowers were delivered the same day I ordered them. When Mary got the flowers and Teddy Bear she told the staff at the rehab center that they were delivered to the wrong room and they just could not be for her. That is how shocked she was!
