I called in from out of state to place my order. The woman (Alana/Evana???) who answered the phone was very helpful and very polite. She made sure that the arrangement I ordered was delivered on time. I didn't get to attend the funeral, but I heard the flower arrangement was lovely. Thank you for your assistance!
