I was concerned about my order being delivered by the start of the visitation and service, so I called to check on the status. My customer service representative was incredibly polite, pleasant, and understood my concern. He contacted the floral designer and she assured him the vase would be delivered by 4:00. Wonderful to interact with a company that obviously cares about service!
