The gentleman I spoke with was wonderful! The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. I'm not certain what happened but there was some kind of mix up. I ordered two arrangements. Each was supposed to come with a personalised sympathy card and personalised banner. Neither one of the arrangements had those things. However, a third arrangement was delivered! I'm not certain how the mix up occurred. All three arrangements were lovely.

The person I spoke with while placing the order was wonderful! She explained that since it was Valentine's Day, my flowers might be delayed until Friday delivery. After explaing that they were for my dad's funeral, she assured me every effort would be made for Thursday. Much to my surprise and delight, the flowers did arrive Thursday! They were simply gorgeous! Several people commented on the beautiful arrangement. I was happy to tell them from where they came! I will NEVER forget the kindness of the people who helped throughout the process. The person who took the order, the designer, the delivery staff. I will definitely be back! Many, many thanks!!
