You should really have a different scale for people to rate you -- I would rate you as excellent/exceptional -- from your website, to your service, to the constant communication on the status of orders, to the quality of the flowers -- all top notch!

I was pleased enough with the flower arrangement. But there was one thing I didn't really like. When I went to your site to order, I found the one I wanted that had a price by it of $59. When I ordered it, the girl said that the picture was the Deluxe and the price was for the smaller bouquet. To me, that is false advertising. I think the price should reflect the correct arrangement. I am sorry, but if I had not been in a hurry for these flowers, I would have gone elsewhere even if I had to pay even more money, just because I felt like I had been lied to with the advertised picture and price. I admit the flowers were pretty, but it was still false advertising.
