The lady who answered the phone was ever so patient with me while my phone kept cutting off, I didn't know when services were so I didn't know when they'd be home (We found about the death days after it occurred, plus they are So Cal while we're on the East Coast in NH) She made it all work. We've already received a thank you from the recipients. Love to the Cust. Service person who answered the phone.
