Hi, I just wanted to give you positive feedback about our delivery experience this year. I almost didn't order from you this year because last year the flowers didn't arrive until two days after Valentine's Day. This year they came promptly at 9:30am that morning. The flowers themselves are wonderful and greatly enjoyed by my wife so that's why I gave you a second chance.

The service was outstanding, and the recipient's daughter was so pleased, she emailed a picture of her mother holding the plant. That photo was worth a thousand words. The plant was more beautiful than it was on your website. Many thanks, and I will be using Avas againMeg Jones

On July 3rd 2017 A friend on my wife and I passed away, she was Buddhist and wanted something that would reflect her beliefs and since I knew she liked butterflies....the arrangement you had seemed perfect. I had heard stories about flowers not being fresh, but these stayed fresh through the three days of the funeral and burial, and the deceased woman's husband has them and over a week after the funeral they were still fresh.

The initial delivery did not include all of the items ordered. However, once the oversight was discovered by you there was a prompt call made to let Gina know there were additional items and that they would be delivered shortly and they were.
