My experience with Ava's was excellent. The first bouquet was nothing like the picture that I ordered. Ava's went out of their way and sent me another bouquet that was exactly like the one on the website I ordered. First class customer service and they couldn't have fixed the problem with the first bouquet any better. I highly recommend Ava's for any occasion.
