Staff was very helpful... Tooky order over the phone, and happy to go the extra mile to find out exactly when it was delivered and who signed for it. Polite, and didn't seem a bit annoyed by all my questions. ( I was ordering from out of state with a delivery to an address I had never been) . I was very impressed but he level of customer service, and the person who received the delivery couldn't stop talking about how beautiful and fresh the plants and flowers were. I was very happy with your service. I appreciate the fact that you placed a phone call to them to see if they would be home, before the delivery took place. My sister in law said the flowers were beautiful and the colored vase and bow added so much to the arrangement of the flowers. Another great feature of your site I able to modify my order online and a email was sent back showing me the modification that I had made and that it was approved and handled.
