The person that helped me to place my order was very polite and real helpful and she made me feel great about the flowers I ordered because my Aunt Joyce loves the color lavender and she said that there would be a lavender bow on the basket as shown on the picture and she was very compassionate and I had told her that I appreciated it very much because my Aunt Joyce was my favorite auntie.
