The flowers were beautiful and very fragrant. They have lasted for over 7 days. My mother has thoroughly enjoyed them for her 90th birthday. The mylar and latex balloons and the full-sized card were not delivered with the flowers.

I'm just curious. I was told when I placed my order that there was no tax and delivery was free but then I was told there would be a $13 'service fee'. I was not sure what the service fee was for or how that differed from a delivery fee. Also, I typed in my comment/question before I selected 'good' and promptly had my comment wiped out by the 'leave my feedback public' question. Very annoying since I had to retype my question.

I chose to order flowers for my daughter based on the star rating and your website. The website was easy to order from and I really liked that I could see pictures of the flowers.
