The lady that took my order was a very pleasant woman. She was very thorough with my order going over everything. My experience with her was very good. My little sister enjoyed the flowers. She is one tough cookie to please so if she was happy they did really good

This was a gift ordered for my parents. The delivery person called them before dropping off the orchid which I was very pleased about. If it had just been left at the door it might have blown over breaking the stem of the orchid. We appreciate your calling first. My parents were very pleased with it but would have liked some info on caring for the plant. You might consider adding instructions detailing water and light requirements. Thank you.
