My experience was excellent. I had never used Ava's florist before, and I am pleased to say, I would definitely use it again. I am impressed with the feedback I received via email, after placing my order. Not only did I get a thank you for placing the order and a confirmation, but I received a confirmation that the flowers were received. My daughter sent me a picture of the dozen roses, and they are beautiful. Oscar, the person who took my order via telephone, was so polite and helpful.
