Delivered promptly, and my daughter thought the flowers were lovely. However, there was a hidden fee that did not appear until I clicked But. I felt that was Bait and Switch. Your pricing looked very modest until you added the fee. Make the fee clearer....how to lower or eliminate it. I changed the delivery from same day to next day, and there was no change in fee.
