This was my first experience with Avas but it won't be my last. Customer Service was very willing to listen to my concern about the flowers getting to the funeral home by 4pm and I am delighted with the feedback received from Avas that they were in fact delivered before 1:30. I was very pleased with the floral vibrance bouquet order I placed. It had bright and hardy Gerber daisies, spray roses and other pretty flowers too. The water was fresh and clean. The bow was perfect. I will call Ava's again whenever I need an arrangement of fresh cut flowers! Thank you! D. Balazs

They sent a photo of the floral arrangement, and it is beautiful. I did expect it to be a bit larger since I ordered the Deluxe one, but over all everyone is happy.
