Thanks for making this a pleasant online ordering experience. I had recently ordered from Proflowers about a month prior and the online process was smooth but the product that arrived was nowhere close to the description or picture presented online. I wrote in to give my feedback for a poor and disappointing end result and they did try to compensate with a $20 gift card, but I threw it in the trash and decided to give Ava's a chance. The process was smooth from start to finish. I'd probably give it 4/5 stars only because there aren't sample images of all the levels of arrangements so I ordered something that wasn't pictured. I know each florist may arrange slightly different but I did expect maybe a few more blooms for the arrangement. Overall the flowers were fresh and fragrant and did look nice though. Service was nice as the florist delivered nice and early (around lunch time). Would definitely try Ava's again in the future. Thanks!

First time I have dealt with US florist directly, previously had used Interflora from the Australian end. Was great to be able to choose exactly the arrangement that I wanted. Have not spoken to my daughter since delivery, but received an email of thanks. It is great to be able to keep track of the delivery process and appreciated the confirmation that delivery had been made. With a 15 hour time difference, the electronic tracking really helps. Thought Ava's Flowers was great - I order a flower arrangement the other afternoon and it was still delivered that day and the arrangement was beautiful.
