Everything was great. They loved the flowers which is the important thing. My only concern was that on your website when I ordered, it said that I would receive a receipt by email right away. I never received it. Since this is the first time I had used your florist service, this was a little disconcerting. It's no big deal, but I would have felt more comfortable. I was very happy that even though I placed an order after three and requested that the flowers be delivered in time for visitation the next morning, they were delivered at 10:00. I appreciate that so very much. I received word from one of the daughters that the flowers were beautiful. Thank you so much for your attention to my request and for delivering a beautiful arrangement. I was unable to attend the visitation due to a little health issue, so I felt better knowing that our pharmacy department was at least represented with a beautiful arrangement

We placed the order just after the 2 pm cutoff time and then called the 877 number to cancel the order if it could not be delivered that day. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and he called the local florist in Merced and assured us that it would be delivered on time. We were very pleased with the personal service.
