The ordering experience was easy and uncomplicated. I liked being able to speak to a real person who assured me that the plant would be delivered in time. I was not able to attend the funeral so I will have to rely on relatives to give me information on the arrival time and condition of the plant. So far I am very happy with my choice of florist. Thank you for making the process easy.

Flowers arrived without ribbons/laces which we had to improvised for the wedding ceremony. Arraignment presentation was very good, however.
