Cocoa Beach is a city located in Brevard County. It was established as a town in 1925 and into its present form as a city in 1957. After being a small and sleepy community, Cocoa Beach experienced stupendous growth in the 1960’s. This was the result of the rise of America’s space program. NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center was a short drive to the north and many people who worked on the space program moved into town. The city was the setting for the sitcom “I Dream of Jeannie” but no actual filming occurred in the city. Avas Flowers offers delivery all within the city and its environs.
Cocoa Beach receives many visitors year round. Ron Jon’s the local surf shop receives over 2 million visitors per year as surfing is popular and the city hosts the East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame. There are many accommodations for visitors in area, among them are the DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront and the Courtyard Cocoa Beach. If you wish to welcome a visitor we offer delivery to these and all other similar places.
