The delivery service was NOT excellent. I received a text the flowers were delivered but they were not delivered. I called your store and I was on hold for 45 MINUTES while someone was researching the delivery. The agent NEVER came back to me with an update so I finally hung up. At that point my friends told me the flowers were delivered. I was not pleased with your customer service. You need to get back to your customers when they are on hold not having them wait for 45 minutes on the phone.
