I was impressed with the professional, friendly and helpful customer service I received when ordering flowers for my daughter's birthday. They were one step ahead of me with addresses, etc. The only thing that I thought misleading was the $13.95 service charge and the person was upsale me by adding extras that cost at the end. I know this is part of what they are told to do i am sure. However, the flowers were beautiful and delivered on time and to the correct address! I will use Avas again!

I order a lot of orchid plants (via the internet) for business occasions and was blown away by the beautiful photos we received. From the orchid itself to the beautiful potting, the experience was just exceptional. I ordered four on February 1 and each was delivered the same day. Just fantastic service with an exceptional product. I signed up for "reward points" and applied it to the last order......a very nice way to thank their customers
