The floral arrangement was sent to someone in the hospital after surgery. She called me to say that when she was returned to her room, the flowers were there. She was so surprised. Scheduling a delivery on the day when a hurricane is due made delivery problematic at best. Traffic was horrible that day, her office closed at noon and the delivery had not happened. Called the number to re-schedule and had a call back within 2 hours, and a new delivery date set up.
