I thought the whole experience was good, the person that took my order was very professional. She took the time necessary to go over things with me and when I said I wasn't interested in upgrading my order she moved on. That was GREAT!! No one like or needs to be pressured when purchasing flowers for a funeral!! However, It would be nice to have reviewed the break down in price. ie: delivery fee is.... card fee is... Other than that, life is good!!!!!!!!!!!!!
