The experience was easy and straight forward. I had a wide variety of choices for flowers The friend who received the flowers was very happy with them. I was informed when they were delivered. Just what i wanted!

My phone order experience worked out well. I viewed the pictures on your website, and ordered one similar to what I wished, but upgraded to more roses and other upgraded flowers, and to a basket that would be on a stand and not on the floor. It was a considerable uptick in the price, as I expected, but hopefully well worth it. Since I live too far away to attend the funeral, I requested a photo be texted or emailed to me, so that I could see the finished product, but unfortunately that never happened. That would be my only criticism. I know the arrangement was delivered on time, but I can only hope that it was as beautiful as I wished.
