This was like about the sixth time I had used Avas and up until now I was satisfied with your service. However, someone must not have noticed my special instructions that said DELIVER AFTER 5:30 PM. You delivered flower to someone in a wheelchair which is why I wanted it delivered after her husband got home. Had it not been for your wonderful delivery person I would not be considering using you again. But I understand that your driver was very patient and put the flower on a table for her while she held the dog. Therefore I will plan to give you another opportunity to read SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS.
