Hello, I was very satisfied with the service i received from the person who answered my call. Think her name was Alice or Ally. I enjoyed talking with her....she repeated the information I gave her several time. My daughter and son-in-law loved the flowers and sent me a picture when they called to thank me. It was beautiful. The flowers were terrific. Beautiful roses and lots of buds for lasting enjoyment. Only setback was I requested delivery 24 December and it was delivered 25 December. May have been ordering error- but I don't think so. Regardless - I would use your service again - as Mom enjoyed them greatly.
