Avas Reviews - General 03/21/2016 10:34AM It was good but I was disappointed that her name was wrong. She is BEV, not Beth. I should have double checked that I was being understood. I would have liked to have seen a picture of the actual plant. I had a bad experience with another company that the picture on the internet looked nothing like the plant my dying friend received. She died two days later. I would have never known as I live in southern Ca. if I had not visited her. That would seem like a nice service since most people have smart phones. Just a suggestion.— Leah O
