Avas Reviews - General 11/29/2016 8:11PM My sister was delighted with the basket of plants and cut flowers you delivered late in the day of her Birthday....which was good because she had just gotten home at that time. She was appreciative of being told not to pick it up by the basket handle, too. She said the card was really nice. I asked if the bow matched the flowers as I had requested and it did. my only complaint was that your online ad prices were misleading....the arrangement minimum was $10 more than advertised and saying that there was no delivery charge but then adding on a large service charge was rather disheartening. Thanks for the quick service, however.— Laurie W
