As far as I know the flowers were delivered on time to the funeral home. I didn't personally see them but can imagine they were beautiful! Customer service was great.

When my son called to Thank me for the flowers sent to my daughter in law; he said they were beautiful and the biggest in the room. He also said strangers that were walking by the room (hospital) were commenting on what beautiful flowers they were. The flowers were delivered as expected and I received a message when they were delivered. As a buyer of something on-line and site unseen; I could not be happier. Awesome job Ava's.
