Very pleased with the second customer service agent I dealt with as I needed an arrangement delivered next day at a church for a funeral & she made sure my original order was cancelled & then reordered my arrangement, spoke with the church to see how early it could be delivered. The arrangement was there at 8:30 am the following morning, in time for the 10:00 viewing and funeral Mass. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!!!
