I received a call from customer service on Saturday saying the local florist had called and wanted $10 more to deliver. You offered to send a larger arrangement direct from your warehouse at the original cost to be delivered on Monday. The people the flowers were delivered to were delighted.— Gina D

They were upfront and honest with me regarding the challenge of getting it done in time but ultimately they did. I appreciated their honesty rather than just telling me what I want to hear and taking my money. Also, they made a beautiful custom arrangement.
