The lady that took my order and helped me was very pleasant and friendly. She was also very helpful in making the arrangement that I wanted with the particular flowers that I was wanting in the arrangement. The flowers were sent to my sister-in-law and brother-in-law for their 35 Wedding Anniversary and upon receiving them I was told that it was the most beautiful arrangement ever! The only thing I didn't like Was that I ordered 1 happy face Mylar balloon & 2 yellow latex balloons. She got 3 Mylar balloons instead. She sent a picture & I couldn't tell what was on the other 2 Mylar balloons. I hope they didn't ssy anything on them because it was for a knee replacement surgery. Thank you! All the emails for tracking the order and the actual time of delivery, etc... is very nice. The only thing that was askew was the person delivered to. In the email, it said the delivery was given to my father, when in fact, my step-mother was the one who received it. That is such a small point, though.
