I ordered from Avas online because I'm out of state and wanted to surprise a family member who was in Florida. Within 5 minutes of placing my order, I was called by an associate. They wanted to let me know I had ordered right at the cut off point, (I wasn't thinking of the time difference). So my flowers would be delivered the next day, which was fine with me. I just really appreciated the concern and prompt phone call to clear everything up! My family member got her flowers and says they are beautiful.
