The phone process .... when I called the first 2 times there was so much background noise I could barely here the customer service representative. Made me feel this was very impersonal so i hung up .... the third time I called I got a young man that took the order and all was good and quiet and he was very personal do to my lose.

I have been unable to contact Lisa by phone or email and no one at the business answers the phone either. Hopefully the flowers got to her I would like the number of the place that actually made them up and delivered them so I could verify delivery. I am at 703-792-6830.
