Very satisfied even though the item I ordered originally was unavailable. Florist tried to contact me multiple times till they reached me to provide an even better product. The delivery person was amazing as there were difficulties at the Residence but the delivery person was extremely thoughtful and patient and she deserves credit. I would absolutely use this florist again-they really, really know the meaning of customer service- a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks.

I was very glad to find Ava's Flowers online. My cousin's funeral was being held in Poplarville, and I was unable to attend because I live in Wyoming. It was so easy to place an order online for a basket to be delivered to the church. Thank you.
