I called Ava's from Easton, PA to order flowers for my cousin who was in a serious accident. Melvin answered the phone and was friendly, courteous, sympathetic, and helpful throughout the ordering process. He made recommendations and assured me the flowers would be delivered the same day. My cousin loved her arrangement! Thank you for an extremely positive experience!

I live in Florida with family in Milwaukee. Instead of using online services to order flowers, I searched local florists in Milwaukee. Avas had very high ratings, so I began placing my online orders with them. I have not been disappointed! Every arrangement I have sent has been beautiful and exactly as advertised. Service is great also with my last order being delivered the same day I ordered even thought the calendar on the page said it would be delivered the next. Great job, Avas!

Web site was easy to use and order was processed quickly. Only negative comment is, since I live a long distance from funeral and could not attend, not seeing what I actually purchased. Maybe you could in the future start a customer service where you email the customer an image of what was delivered, if they request it. Thanks, Beverley Kope

Went over the last name three times and it was still spelled wrong. Beautiful arrangement but please make sure you over clarify spelling.
