Dear Ava's: I found your information on the net, the ordering process was easy with my phone call to Ava's. Although there was not a delivery fee, I found that it was more than likely covered in the service fee charge. The Vandermer's say the flowers are absolutely beautiful. Your sales person had indicated someone would snap a picture for me & email it to me, but in the 5 emails there has not been a photo, so that would be my disappointment. Bouquet was gorgeous. Very nice job, flowers were beautiful and arrangement was full. However, the ballon was forgotten I guess because it wasn't with the flowers. No worries. thank you for beautiful flowers
