A totally satisfying experience. Web site was easy and informative with good pictures to help make a selection. Agent on the phone was knowledgeable and informative. Delivery was on time and as promised. The recipient tells me the flowers were beautiful and the presentation excellent.

Margaret was very pleased with the flowers and the vase. I had problems with your website and ended up having to place the order by phone. After I had chosen the flowers and the vase and entered all my recipient information and my credit card info. it popped up saying this page does not exist or something to that effect.
