The delivery itself was good, my grandma was very happy with the flowers. I didn't appreciate the service fee being revealed after credit card information was entered. Other than that it was a good experience.

i couldnt believe how easy this was. the order and delivery was expeditous! My only concern is that I would like to have had more 'live' plant choices to choose from but other than that. It was awesome!
