The person who handled my order, via phone, was very efficient and polite. However, I specifically ordered an arrangement that was advertised as pinks and purples (those were the themes of the party I hosted) and the flowers that arrived had no pink or purple in them.....they were all red, yellow, white and one orange. Disappointed that the color scheme was not what I ordered. You used Russ"s IGA, a local grocery chain. Otherwise the flowers were fine.
