It was a terrific experience! They took my order mid morning. The owners were delivered by early afternoon!!!! The floral arrangement exceeded my expectations. It was just beautiful and the family lived it. I would recommend Avas to everyone.

The flowers were gorgeous and the Recipient was extremely pleased with the arrangement. She said it brought a smile to her face and made her feel better and that's what you want when someone is recuperating. I ordered the flowers n Wednesday and requested thy be delivered on Friday and it was delivered just as I requested. Beautiful arrangement and excellent customer service! This is the second time I ordered flowers within 2 weeks. Very happy!

I have not heard about the flowers - I assume they were beautiful. But I will say that the customer service I received from you was just great! I inquired via email to see if the delivery had been made when requested and was contacted shortly thereafter to say that it was being looked into. Then, I actually received a phone call from a real live person letting me know when the flowers were delivered (they were actually delivered a day earlier than requested - totally fine as it was for a funeral and made set up for the service easier).
