Avas Flowers customer service was exceptional from the phone call I made to order my gift delivery to the coupon for free delivery they gave me to the big beautiful arrangement and the dozen balloons. 5 stars. I will use them exclusively when sending flowers in Wisconsin.

My only problem was I ordered the Orange Sunset Bouquet and I was expecting yellow roses as those are my sisters favorite and she ended up with red otherwise everything else was great! Thank you!

The flowers were delivered earlier than promised, which was perfect (the delivery time stated by 11:00 and the funeral was at 11:00, so I had hoped they’d be delivered earlier). I live in Colorado, so I wasn’t able to attend, but I was told the flowers were beautiful and were front and center at the service. It’s scary to make purchases online, not knowing what the quality is going to be. Thank you for making the experience better than expected!
