While the flowers were not delivered on the day that a call representative said they would be delivered, they were beautiful when they arrived the next day and the card chosen to fit my message was perfectly appropriate and even chosen with a dog-theme as my note had to do with our digs visiting soon. It made my dad laugh, so thank you very much!
