The patient was transfered for an unexpected problem to a hospital from her rehab at Pavilion.The staff at pavilion promptly sent the flowers to her along with my note, and a nice one from them, too. The flowers were reported as very beautiful from her visiting family. Kudos to you and to the staff at Pavilion for jobs well done!

Hi, just to let you know I was really happy with my order placed with you. I am overseas at the moment so it meant a lot to me to be able to order easily online and to see immediately that it had been received. You were so prompt in letting me know that you would fill my order with something comparable, or better. I contacted the big floral companies (Teleflora, 1-800-flowers) who couldn't fulfill my order because they didn't deliver in the area - and would have just shipped something in.
