I was really happy and surprised with the arrangement I ordered for my granddaughter. The team at Avas was so helpful and recommended things to help me also with my order. What a pleasant surprise. I initially tried to place my order via the web site, but I the pages kept timing out between pages as they processed, so I placed the order by phone instead. Xavier took my order over the phone; he was very polite and confirmed every element of the order to ensure accuracy. The recipient of the order texted me a picture of the arrangement and it was very pretty. I would say my only concern is - for the arrangement I chose, the picture on the web site showed orange lilies. In the picture sent to me by the recipient, I don't see orange lilies, instead, I see red roses. All in all, though, I am satisfied and would use Ava's again.
