It was a good experience. I appreciated being able to send the card with the arrangement and have it delivered directly to the facility, as this was for an employee's mother who recently passed away.

Had no problems, got 10% off because IT WAS SO close to Christmas. The person I sent the plant to was thrilled. easy and quick. Did not know that the service was not local, a little concerned about that. However, good outcome.
