The flowers were beautiful however I paid for a banner that read "Sister" and that was not included and there was an additional charge that I was not aware of before the order was final.

I'm from out of town and I wanted a local florist to send flowers to my son and new wife. I took a chance and picked a florist from a list on the internet. I am glad I ordered from here.
