Wonderful experience! I live in Dallas but had to order for a friend of mine in Germantown. I ordered around noon and at 4:00 she was already texting me to thank me and included a picture and they were exactly what I ordered! Just beautiful Thank you got great service!

Your arrangement to Sarah was fantastic. She was having a bad day, but when the arrangement was delivered her day changed 180%. She loved the arrangement and your delivery person was delightful. This was one of the prettiest arrangements I've ever seen. The red, red roses were absolutely beautiful!! Thank you so much for providing such a lovely experience for Valentine's Day!!

I was impressed that I got a text message saying my flowers had been delivered. I can't say anything more except it was easy to order. I live in a different state so I did not see the funeral arrangement I ordered. But I sincerely thank you for the ease of your website in ordering.

I have not heard about the flowers - I assume they were beautiful. But I will say that the customer service I received from you was just great! I inquired via email to see if the delivery had been made when requested and was contacted shortly thereafter to say that it was being looked into. Then, I actually received a phone call from a real live person letting me know when the flowers were delivered (they were actually delivered a day earlier than requested - totally fine as it was for a funeral and made set up for the service easier).
