Flowers were beautiful and delivered very promptly. Thankful for same day service! I was disappointed to see an almost 20 service fee when I went to pay. I would have liked to know that up front and not be surprised with that as I'm in the last step of payment. Since I was pressed for time I accepted unhappily but had I had more time I would have probably canceled and did something else.
